But I am definitely up over 9 inches now for the event. I am not going to measure tonight. I'll do it in the morning.
poolz1 Posted December 17, 2020 Pouring snow similar to earlier in the day...radar looks to be eroding on the back edge fairly quick tho. We'll see if the lift N and eastward progress can slow like some of the mesos show.
stormtracker Posted December 17, 2020 Weird quick downpour of sleet here, back to rain now.

ErinInTheSky Posted December 17, 2020 I think I'm about to get my last chance for back end snow as this band moves in east from Frederick. Looking at reports though it's just more sleet.

The back edge has slowed w of HGR, but it’s still moving NE a bit. Cue @psuhoffmanto tell us where the lagging ULL energy is to spark off some good banding if it shall come. Hard to tell because it is dark out but these rates right now might rival earlier today.

Round Hill WX Posted December 17, 2020 This last batch has been sweet because of the wind. Snow blowing all over. I really enjoyed this storm...had around 6” of snow, sleet, freezing rain that looks cool on the Christmas lights, sleet again, and now back to blowing snow. I love all snow but there is nothing better than December snow before Christmas.
jayyy Posted December 17, 2020 Man... I hope that ULL produces later, but I’m just happy to see some more SN+ before it’s over. Pad those stats baby
Ruin Posted December 17, 2020 it has been about %80 sleet for me for the last 4 hours tho radar showed snow when we didnt get the breaks. So far had about 6 inchs of snow before the sleeting started. Future radar suggest heavy snow bands to come but not sure if its showing snow and I get sleet like im getting now. Temp down to 24 our forecast was forecasted to be 26,
