measured about 1.5" on my deck railing, not as accurate as a snowboard measure, but considering a bit of compaction possible I'll take it!  Wasn't expecting more than an inch up this far (NE Gaithersburg, close to Laytonsville)

OK, I called it. Sent a snow total report to NWS Blacksburg about 10 minutes ago. 1.5" on snowboard at 11 am, added to the 3.8" at 7 am, a 5.3" total. 5.0" OTG currently. STILL a few flurries and snow grains falling, but it isn't gonna add to the totals. I will say models and NWS did a good job here, forecast was 4-7". MOST models had us in 4-6" range, a couple outliners in the 6-9" range.

Guessing around .5 here. Still alternating between flurries and extremely light snow but all paved surfaces have melted as sun tries to shine through.

Really been coming down in Burke for the last 15 minutes or so in this last band.

Kids got to play in the snow with friends and the pup, then headed off safely to school two hours late.

Still snowing, up to 2 inches, pretty good modeling. I am more than happy with the outcome. Nice to get on the board this early. The Red Taggers killed it in here, thanks for sharing your professional thoughts.

It's a winter day! Love seeing your reports. My Dad in Midlothian measured just shy of 3". And while nothing imby other than a few flurries dancing about, it's been a perfect day for Wisp's opening. Temps holding in the mid 20s. Love it.

Still snowing in Silver Spring; hasn't stopped since I woke at 545am and saw pixie dust in the street lights. Exceeding expectations here. I'll take a compacted measurement somewhere in the backyard, but my grass is mostly covered. Just tall blades poking thru.

Looks like the final will be .5” on the dot measured in Havre de Grace. Honestly the way it was looking last night I’m pleasantly surprised.
