Monday Morning 2/22 Snow Event

Recommended Posts

Sleet mixing in here....can see it creeping up Pleasant Valley on CC radar.  Jives pretty well with mesos indicating a mix out this way before areas further east.

snow at work, not much at home per kids.  Thats winter 20-21 in a nutshell

Heaviest returns are well north and west of the Beltway. That's the issue...again.

Now...I really don't care, to be honest. It would pad stats - that's it - because it's going to get washed away anyway.

Clarksburg,  SN+ at 9:00am   at least 1"/hr  and it is getting heavier by minutes.   Fantastic overperformer!

Best snowfall this year for me in terms of watching it fall.  And didn't spend a minute tracking it.  What a time.

Neither did I, but admit it...seeing the "ripping in [any place well north and west]" posts gets under your skin. Just a little bit?

0.50 mi visibility and still all snow.  Sleet line not far away though.  1.3" new snow so far.  29 degrees

Seems to have retreated for the time being...back to all snow here and pretty heavy.

Not a little bit.  A lot.  Thats why I didn't even bother tracking because I figured they were gonna get it and we would get rain.  So I stay away from the thread

Coming down pretty hard at Patterson Park! Don’t have my own equipment but wunderground’s nearest station is down a degree to 32. What a pleasant morning so far.
