Ha, you would not have been pleased at your old location on the hill in Shelburne.  Only a coating a slushy half inch there.

He would have had an epic meltdown about QPF if he was still there.

Maybe 1.5 here.  Not too impressive yet. It hasn’t really settled in like a good storm usually does at some point where the rates don’t vary that much visibility get to a quarter mile and It just starts piling up. We are not there yet and I hope we can get there. Wind is really starting to crank though

I jinxed this area last night by saying if we were getting less than 4 inches I’d rather just have nothing.

The Google Maps traffic colors is an interesting way of seeing the rain/snow line haha

That is brilliant

This radar definitely has a bit of 12/9/05 to it and a little bit of 1/12/11 to it.

That's kind of like when the 12th pick of the NBA draft is taken and the announcers describe him as similar to Kobe with a little Jordan

That 2.8” in the Berkshires must be at Savoy State Park 2000’.
My friend in Heath is at 1100’ and she has slushy inch.

I've been doing this for years. It's quite accurate!

Yeah too bad this one will be more like an Antione Walker in the end rather than those guys....nothing wrong with that. Solid system but if this were a few ticks colder, it would be up there with those others easily. It had all the ingredients...that radar says it all. Just needed a non-disgusting airmass.

Our temp fall slammed shut about 1.5 hours back here in Ayer ...

Fell from 40 to 32 and change but has been 'frozen' at that 32.5 .. .

We have no icicles off any metallic objects and water is dripping - it's seems we are accumulating at nearly the melt rate and have been for the past hour, as vis has been 1/3 or so the whole way and we have 2.25 unchanged.

Maybe a dynamic butt kick to plumb that 31.5 clincher but for now..we await that meso band -

Your area is looking really, really good right now, ha.  Jelly.  If you are already snow that is a lot of moisture feeding into that.  Those radar echoes are legit just north/west of the radar site.
