Yup…that’s what this guy has too. He lives up a long windy driveway, with a few homes on each side as you go up his gravel driveway. He had the big open lot at the top…has a nice big cape with dormers, and a big huge eoetste garage that has a beautiful bar in it…place is gorgeous. His back yard overlooks the valley below, you can see Hartford to the right, and Springfield to the left out in the distance from his yard.  His name is Dennis.

He is a little down the road from me

Most of the southern 4 counties of CT will be falling in the 2-4" range and 1-2 north of there. Keep in mind a lot of these reports aren't final so theyll be higher than this. this approximates the 2-5" line in CT. ill know tommorrow morning after i get cocorahs reports, coop and NWS PNS releases. Where i drew the line is pretty close to actuality but just tilted a bit more flat and then goes up through nrn fairfield cty.

Yea, we were on the same page. Glad it worked out..withstood the model waffles, when it looked meager on Friday, then beefed up last night...stayed the course.

Finished with 3.6” here.

Pretty consistent with modeling which was pretty decent in the final 36hrs or so…but exceeded my personal expectations of 1-2”. Just used to under performers the past few years. For perspective…this is my 2nd biggest snow going back to the 22-23 season…hence my pessimism. Glad it worked out and we have the cold for it to stick around a couple days.

Just got back to Pit2.  Normally 3 hours.  Even though there was no traffic, it took four.

Road was fine from PVD until the York toll.  That's where the steady 31* took a sudden dip to 29 and the snow really started.  The Maine Turnpike and 295 sucked with heavy snow from a little south of Portland up through Freeport.  I guess that was the Norlun band.  Whoever (and whatever model) called for that to set up there, kudos.  Nailed it.

Just got fringed by it here with about 2".

26*
