Day 12 with snow cover here. 4" in the heavy shade areas, which is most of this NE sloped property. Looks like it will survive a couple more days? Only one high above 40 since dec 23rd. (January 31st of 40.4). Not a bad run particularly compared to last year. As for heat and humidity I hate both unless I am vacationing on a beach. Hopefully moving to a nice climate within 3 years then I can troll the forum to remind me of why I moved. Picture from this morning and my new Tacoma. DSC_0143.JPG I had snow all afternoon on the 24th. First day I could record snow depth was 7 a.m. on the 25th. So, this morning was the 13th day. 2" left as of today. But in shaded areas, I can still walk on the top of it without breaking through. Its up to 38 here and clear. I was just looking to see when its been that warm. I did hit 41 twice, on the 31st and 1st, so today may be the warmest here also since 12/23. Really nice stretch of winter. But actually pretty close to normal for the time of year.
