Hi my fellow weenies, hope you guys getting some snow today. I have a question, my friends and I are going to Boston from next Wednesday until Saturday. We're looking to explore the city a little bit and maybe hit up the encore casino as well. Since you guys would probably know... We're trying to book a hotel that's close to the city itself where we could go out to maybe a couple of bars and maybe even a club, definitely a couple of good restaurants... We're also planning on going to encore casino for one night maybe a few hours. My question is do you guys have any recommendations for hotels, neighborhoods, restaurants, bars... we're all in married with kids except one of us. he's a single dude. we need something close to the casino as well if we decide to go gamble after the club or whatever. thanks in advance

The winter weather advisory for the area is seriously severely worded…lol.  Says “tree damage and power outages are Likely.” And “travel could be nearly impossible.”    

I gotta say, I’ve never seen an advisory worded that severely before.  Hyperbole?

Might be a few hours of clearing after the rain. Could briefly make icy in those spots near 32 as we radiate a tad.

My P&C hourly forecast calls or another 0.25" of zr on top of what we've already gotten which I'm guessing is probably between 0.1 and 0.2" on top of about 4" of snow. They also dropped my low temp holding it steady at 30F down to 26F in the early morning hours. 

This might get interesting.

 Don’t see any way there’s not a school delay in the morning.
The street is an absolute skating rink.

Depends on mixing. Ironically a place like BDL is more likely to be stuck in the upper 30s or low 40s than Tolland. There could actually be a mild sea breeze too so Scooter might get shot back into the 30s if that occurs.
