Winds putting a damper on my weekend birdwatching for what feels like the 9th weekend in a row

I have a wild turkey who has become a regular visitor, eating the bird seed that falls from the feeder onto the ground. Makes a mess of the mulch though. They also will eat flowers, so I have been chasing it away lately. It's hard enough dealing with the deer, but Irish Spring seems to do it for the most part.

Oh look. Roaring wind again. Shocker. I'm ready for 95/70 if that means no f***ing wind lol

Edit: And here comes the daily clouds lol. Either way. It's going to be a great day. LFG!

Temp and sun is very pleasant! And I enjoy a light breeze. But just crazy we have days and days of 30mph straight line gusts in late May.

There is some evidence that atmospheric pressure gradients are becoming stronger, but I will decline to expound on that in this thread for obvious reasons.

The GW people got it all wrong.  Instead of 150F wet bulb temps we're going to turn into the steppes with cold dry wind all the time.

43.0 low here after a 59.8 high. Sun came out and warmed us to 68 earlier, but the clouds and wind have returned in last 2 hours. Currently 65.5/37.6 with a NNW wind at 11 gusting to 19 mph. The 59.8 set a new record 'cool max' for the date breaking 2017's 60.2 degree reading.
