Interesting morning.  Rain and 36 when the wife left for work @ 5:30am.  Now down to 32 and a light coating of snow on everything except the roads/blacktop.

Looks like more snow on the way per radar.  Wonder if I'll be able to add .5" to my yearly total.

Who has an inch in SNE? I’m not counting this dusting . Hopefully no one else is

Dave does. I think he’s over 35” now.

The hills of N ORH county are another world from most of us.  They get more snow than the Berkshires.

a nice wintery appeal this am

Minus the "nice" with barely "winter" in my neck of the woods.  Just some light snow that partially dusted over some grassy areas.

Besides that I end the month with .75", with 4.75" for the season thus far.

The Lesco powered and poisoned lawn thread can't come quick enough.

...I suppose it could be worse, I could be in Anthony land right now...

NEW YORK - It's winter, so where's the white stuff? It's not covering the ground in New York City.

Since summer ended, there hasn't been any measurable snowfall in the city, meaning at least one-tenth of an inch accumulating on the ground, according to the National Weather Service.

34 days and counting...astonishing warmth.

We had a stretch like that in 2010 although I’m not sure we hit 34 days in places.   It was during the 2009-10 winter starting in February.
