KJU did whenever he felt like shoveling. He got 16-20” measurements in the backyard to spot checking the 18.75” total from clearing. . 

Roof assisted? Possible…but no way to know. Make it 17” for your records to match @Spanks45if you prefer but he lives in the valley with first part of storm being warm I probably accumulated before him. my book is confirmed and closed at 18.75” though lol.

Did TF Green not get anymore snow after 7pm yesterday.  That is the last report I can find for them.

To paraphrase Frank Costanza at the airing of grievances, "I have a lot of problems with the way snow is measured these days".  Let's look at BDR:

On 2/22 they recorded 5", but never more than 2" on the ground.  What?

On 2/23 they recorded 15" with 18" on the ground.  So, tons of settling on the 22cnd, but none under a load of snow on the 23rd?  

Also, they show 1.5" LE on the 23rd to match the 15" of snow.  This reeks of "I don't feel like going out and measuring, let's just use 10:1 and call it 15".

As my kids used to say, "we call shenanigans".  They called it shenanigans; I call it bullshit.

PVD is showing 35.5" for 2/23 and 6.7" for 2/22. That's 42.2" for those counting at home. I'm not sure if this is correct yet, but thats what the two daily CLI summaries show right now. 

 

edit: I'm an idiot, that was monthly total on 2/22....yeah they are still 37,9 as CLI on 2/22 was 2.4

10" of solid dense snow. Blower struggled but managed to get through it. Any deeper and it would have been rough. Pack at 20". Solid winter despite not getting any big dogs(12"+)

5.5" over hear, I missed 15" by less than 10 miles to my SE, which is still childs play when compared to what most of SNE got.

How the guy at the PVD airport Couldn’t go out when the final band left with this once in a 200 year storm is beyond me.  They definitely had another 0.2-0.5 post-7pm.  Took them to the very end to be their usual disappointment, but they did it.  

I’ll be down there today to check out totals.

You had 16"?  I didn't measure as frequently as you.  I only did so around dawn and at the end.
