  1. This storm is honestly pretty intense. Dont remember a st9rm like this in late may/early June. Afraid a tree is going to come down. Gusts are intense here in scituate. Easily 40+ and with the leaves on trees its a whole different ballgame
  2. Didnt even crack 50f today. Make it stop!! Please! Been running an average of 10+ degrees below normal recently
  3. South shore of MA has yet to leaf out directly on the coast. Ita crazy how far behind we are. Today was nice. Hoping we can get out of this coastal influence we've been stuck in for weeks
  4. Hopefully the warm up in the long range verifies. Im trying to sell my house and need the marsh to green up.
  5. Its been brutal the last 2-3 days. 40s and 50s with little to no sun.
  6. What a perfect april day. Going to really enjoy this stretch if it pans out as forecasted.
  7. Such a legendary storm. Balmy 43 degrees here
  8. Jealous of all that warmth out west. This is the worst time of year in new england
  9. We had a good run. I have full sun in my yard so its going to melt fast. So grateful we did not have a repeat of the last couple winters.
  10. Backroads from scituate down through norwell and pembroke were absolutely destroyed. I did a drive through the night after the storm and it was amazing. Almost 2015 level banks.
  11. They live among us. Thats all I have to say. Congrats on the blockbuster storm to all who received. I measured 28 to 30 here in north scituate MA. There was a spotter report of 32. The compaction was real with this one. I bet we lost 3 or 4 inches of depth within 10 to 15 hours. If you were taking measurements regularly I can easily see how you would get higher totals than what was on the ground the following day. Thats how measuring works. Compaction is not some new phenomenon. That youtube video was a joke...in more ways than one.
  12. North scituate MA 30 or so. Looks like someone reported 32.
