Stormpc
Interesting that enhanced line moved Northwest to Southeast and changed the makeup of the snowflake. Still heavy but much more fluffy. Also quickly down to 32.5.
Warm Nose
Lightening up significantly here. From the looks of returns to the West it's almost over.

The yellows are legit mod to maybe sn+ and not just big giant aggregates making the returns enhanced. 35 dbz returns are a dendrite snowglobe. Very cool. Maestrobjwa
I'm assuming this is SN+ we've been seeing in Balt. City...down a bit to SN. Cars topped a bit, but everything else mostly wet. About 34 here.
gopper
Quote Popping in to say congrats and good luck. Any wind out there as the changeover happens? Have not really noticed any wind at all. I am sure aloft there is a lot of movement, but at the surface it is pretty calm at the moment. Guessing the wind comes in tomorrow with the secondary front. osfan24
Snow let up for a bit, but back to a steady light snow and small parts of streets and sidewalks are beginning to cave. Guessing if I get into a heavier band, combined with sun continuing to go down and temps dropping, that everything will cave in a hurry.
SomeguyfromTakomaPark
Roads are like 45 minutes away from being a disaster in DC. SN+

Hopefully Friday figures out a way to have similar rates because the ground will be a frozen rock. I'm sure I lost more than a half inch to melt on this one. Meanwhile, I got snained on while walking to L’Enfant. Looking forward to seeing white coating the surfaces just on the good side of the fall line.
