NWS just lowered DCA storm total from the Dec 8/9 to 1.5 inches. Lowest they could go since snow depth was measured at 2 and you round up, so the only way to make it even appear reasonable was to lower it to 1.5. Only at DCA. The zoo measured 2.4.
