cae
About 4.4" at 1:30. That's 0.5" in the last hour, which isn't bad considering the lull.

Sparky
Temp down to 22. Getting breezy under a heavy band. 9.5 as of 10 minutes ago. Nice, I think most if not all of the Carroll crew is over 40 inches this winter now.
SomeguyfromTakomaPark
What? Clarify, done with heavier snow. Lighter stuff continues for a while. Just looking at where the green ends on radarscope.
WxMan1
Nearing 3" in Crofton. Flake size/snow density is good, but I think unless it's pouring the rates are being hampered (at least a little) by the midday insulation. If my area can beat out the 8.5" we received last St. Patty's day (at night), I will be impressed. Certainly has more juice to work with given the elongated subtropical connection. The Ole Bucket
Just wanted to pop in and say that those 30+ dbz returns from a few pages back in the Cville area are indeed verifying. It is insane right now. We got off to a VERY slow start. Just some light rain and sleet through 11am. It is now pouring snow. Just pouring. It's been so windy, the snow has not stuck on or to the trees or branches here. Beautiful shot!!

fourseasons
Small flakes but coming down at a good clip in Mount Vernon. Glad I got the first shoveling round done a while back, which included a layer of slush underneath the snow. There's a plow going through right now and a street the driver cleared 5 minutes ago is already covered.

clskinsfan
Clarify, done with heavier snow. Lighter stuff continues for a while. Just looking at where the green ends on radarscope. Gotcha. Yeah. My rates have already declined quite a bit. I would imagine we might be able to grab a couple more inches though before it shuts off.
Bodhi Cove
Snow pourage has resumed in Dundalk, would estimate 1"/hr rates back underway. 29.5 degrees, near 4" accumulation. Same here in Middle River. 3.9 but rounding up to 4" due to compaction. And small icicles forming on the edge of my table.
