Unfortunately I got screwed with that too. Only a trace in the rain gauge. Congrats to Martinsburg I think. Rain magnet needs some further calibration.

89.1 which is the 4th highest temp I've recorded since moving here in the fall of '22. Not a long time obviously but still rather impressive warmth.

           Actually, all of the CAMs this evening suggest scattered convection in the area Tuesday evening which is nice to see.

High 89.0, low 58.0. Warm/hot but not at record levels (92 in 1996). Currently 62.1/57.5 at 7:30 am with partly cloudy skies.

12Z HRRR is very quiet for this afternoon and I just finished watering. Hopefully we will start getting some rain tomorrow.

      There arguments against it (rising heights, dubious trigger) are legit, but it's tough to ignore that most CAMs have at least a couple of cells.   I think that today warrants a 20% PoP.
