Yup. Look at the rainfall gradients from yesterday. Quite impressive.

The argument could be made that this is the nicest day we've had all year.  Those that don't like warmer temps, get drier air...and vice versa, contrapositive, etc.

i believe they do average dewpoint.  CWG from the Washington Post said DCA's was 71F.
