That would have me 3 miles from the changeover line. Maybe I flip with heavier rates?

I’m north of you and still hearing pingers.

That gives me some idea of what's going on where with the temps. I couldn't tell what was what by the reports. :maprain:

Radar looking good for DC now in terms of getting precip in here at least.

I mean I would rather have none that way the snow we got still is on the ground tomorrow.

You should be good with a flip shortly. Went from misty nothing to nice dendrites here in  last 15 minutes.

Light coating now. Still poor flakes.

It's coming down good here but it's a rain/sleet mix.  But the radar does look good for us getting precip for the next few hours at least, maybe we can cool the column? I'm doubtful

Heaviest rates yet. Moderate snow and the streets are almost completely covered. Grass is near covered as well. Probably have about an inch or so on the ground.

It’s all sleet here in Takoma park.  Who knows,  it’s sleeting north of Winchester but snowing hard just to our north and northeast.

If it makes you feel better I won’t get an inch from wave 1 or 2.  And apparently it’s pouring rain in Winchester.  You should feel good about your position.

I’m not sad or upset or anything. Just eager. I conveyed the wrong mood in that post. This is our year down here apparently.

Nah it's just rain. Even a lot of the people with snow are above freezing.

Interesting, you should be warmer than me but it's just rain here...at least I think it is, I'm watching TV until I see some positive column action.

Hoping the pros turn out right on this one.

It is amazing how much the NAM has been money this winter. Win after win from it.

I've said it a million times I'll say it again. The NAM is not a bad model.
