Yep...so close to scoring with this one.  SE of 95 looks to be in for a real deluge. Its almost painful to watch the radar down in VA....

SOUTHEASTERN AMELIA COUNTY...

At 532 PM EDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Scotts Fork, or
near Mannboro, moving northwest at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

This tornado will be near...
  Scotts Fork around 535 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Earls
and Ammon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in

  Courthouse, moving northwest at 40 mph.

           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.

  Tobaccoville and Ballsville around 555 PM EDT.

Wind advisories just came flying from LWX for I-95 corridor and into S MD and NE MD... Anne Arundel/Calvert/St. Mary's is under a wind advisory as well, but for winds 25-35 mph and gusts to 55 mph

The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has
issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 10 PM this
evening to 6 AM EDT Friday.

* TIMING...Tonight. The strongest winds will be late this
  evening and overnight.

* WINDS...Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
  lines. Scattered power outages are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 45 to 55 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles.

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Cumberland County in central Virginia...
  Prince Edward County in central Virginia...
  Northwestern Lunenburg County in south central Virginia...

  West central Amelia County in central Virginia...

* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 554 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  very heavy rain continuing to fall across the warned area.
  Rainfall amounts in excess of four inches of rain have already
  fallen across the warned area. Numerous roadways are impassible or
  will become impassible making travel extremely dangerous. An
  additional 3 to 4 inches of rainfall is possible in the warned
  area.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS
SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

Noticeable change in humidity the past 20 minutes. I have to admit....I rather be engulfed in tropical rains right now.

Started pouring out of nowhere in Rehoboth Beach. Wind slowly picking up. Seeing multiple tornado warnings down in VA, and wind advisory issued for rest of tonight. Gonna be a long evening...
