I think the forecast idea was the high would be on the coast of Maine by now but to me it looks over north central PA?

I've been on the southern edge of the northern band in Silver Spring for 2 hours -- started snowing moderately at 1215pm.  This escalated quickly.

Moderate snow and 32 with a half inch on grass and decks near Germantown, streets just wet.  I wish this came in at sunrise this morning when it was 29.  We got up to 37 before the first flakes.
