Per DOT cams, snow accumulating on grassy surfaces along the Montgomery County portion of the DC Beltway. Roads are torched so no way they freeze up.

Congratulations to the school systems for braving the elements this afternoon. I fear tomorrow morning may be different for some areas. Hopefully just delays

The dewpoint is in the single digits in northeast Maryland. The wet bulb temperature is below freezing for just about all of Maryland. Pretty impressive for March.
