31 currently. And I think I am going to start rating these cold snaps in bags of bird food. Currently on my 3rd bag since the snow back in January. While it is mainly to feed the birds in the winter it is also cable for our cats. Between suet cakes and the feeder and spreading seed on the snow covered deck they have had a steady stream of action. Even getting the squirrels up which prompts quite the frenzy at the back door.

No snow action down this way, almost clear skies. What IS happening is the wind (again). Currently 36.4/17.6 with NW wind 14 gusting to 31 mph. Had a 37 mph gust a bit ago. The snowpack melted down to bare ground on S/SW facing slopes (20%) to 2-3" in shaded areas 80% over the past two days while it was warm, don't think there will be any melting next few days.

I have seen 7 Snowflakes today. Not quite to my personal 10 flakes to a trace threshold.

2014 was such a wild winter. That run of snow and cold was incredible. We had snow on the ground for over 40 days at Millersville when I was in college. Surreal
