I so wish I was alive in 38 and 54 . Those were absolute dreams . The stuff that completes a life, bucket lists etc. The stories my wife’s parents told me when they were still alive about their experiences storms was absolutely thrilling and exhilarating. I’m not even being greedy.. I will accept a strong cat 1 or weak 2 up the CTRV.. The tropical storms we’ve had recently were nice and fun.. but we need to experience 75-80+ gusts . I’ll keep tracking and waiting and hoping . No other choice unfortunately

You could always move to a cane prone area.    Just won’t be able to get insurance

Nova Scotia seems to get hit fairly often.  Seems like a good place for extreme lately. Wildfires, epic floods, and canes.

This is starting to get interesting. I haven’t really checked the models much over the past couple of days, but since I last time I looked the low location is more west than it was last time I looked. I don’t think a SNE landfall is likely, but the risk of the storm getting close enough to give us a lot of rain is increasing.

Sorry but at this point even if it rams straight up Buzzards Bay all you're getting is LBSE posts

I’m honestly wondering if I will never see a cane hit directly here before my time on Earth is up. I’m 50. Father Time is undefeated . I am legit starting to worry . Congrats to those that willed and wished this one away I guess.

Sandy was a once in 250 year event so I would think that checked everyone's box who is reading this board
