radarman
Saw a -15 and a bunch of -12s and -13s in the best radiating spots in S Belchertown/ Ludlow. Sensor caveats apply. But the elevated spots weren't close to that, 0 to maybe a couple degrees below. Not totally fake cold, just kinda fake.

tamarack
Hit the rad pit jackpot this morning with -23, coldest since Jan. 2022. Temp wiggled between zero and -4 last evening with a very thin cloud layer. That cloud must've disappeared before midnight, and with fresh deep snow, dry air and no wind, the temp plunged nearly 20° between 11 PM and 7 AM.
HIPPYVALLEY
Quite a cold snap. We won’t get as impressive pond ice with the amount of snow that’s insulating the top but still should be adding on another inch or two of ice over the next few weeks.
