Only 0.62" total here. That's fine as long as it doesn't go dry for a week. Congrats to those in the moderate-severe drought area. This event at least put a significant dent in it.

Thursday night looks decent. .25 to .50 inches of rain possible.

.09 total for the "event". Looks like sprinkles Thursday night and that's it for as far as the eye can see. By July it's going to be ugly around here unless we get an actual widespread rain. Not just a few counties around Frederick lol

GFS and Euro think there will be something late next week too. Both have widespread 2-3 inches accumulated by the 21st. Not all at once though.

Mount Holly seems bullish on rainfall here Thursday late day and night. (  .25 to .50 inches 0  We shall see.

Good luck out there.

That coincides with a push of tropical air and higher dew points.

Heavy showers popped up an hour ago, absolutely poured as a cell stalled and intensified. Another cell heading this way with thunder

I had a quick 30 seconds of rain here in 21057 from it.  Maybe something to my south pushing up in 15-30 minutes if it can hold together.

From my weather station in Ballenger Creek (Frederick) just west of 15/340 and just south of I-70"

2.44' for the month

1.26" on 5/5

0.26" so far for the day.

The heaviest stuff fell to my south and west yesterday.
