nw baltimore wx Posted yesterday at 11:04 AM Share Posted yesterday at 11:04 AM Like sand in the hour glass… When I went to bed at midnight, the radar looked pretty good so I was a little disappointed to see that I didn’t pick up more overnight. Then I looked at this morning’s radar and I’m right back to happy. .77” so far.

Looks a few showers this morning for my area but mostly missed east of DC. Hopefully we can get enough to water the gardens around here because after Monday the drought is roaring back.

dailylurker Posted yesterday at 12:48 PM Author Share Posted yesterday at 12:48 PM Serious question. Does anyone remember the last fourm wide soaking rain? It's usually 3-4 counties that get rain and the rest are a bust. It's been at least two years.
frd Posted yesterday at 12:53 PM Share Posted yesterday at 12:53 PM .30 inches of rain here from that one cell this morning. Amazing cut off to the East and the SE. Odessa bascially zip. Radar looks good for continous rainfall in this area and the Eastern Shore soon. After this cycle of rain is over by this Wednesday it looks to get dry again. Very happy for the Western areas yesterday. Those were some amazing storms.

I had put a flood sensor out on 1898 Brighton Dam Rd two days before that and was surprised to see the river come up 6 feet in under 10 hours. We got the road closed down once the sensor tripped.
