Solid shower from a tstorm tonight in 90% of Waynesboro driving home from work , probably a quarter to a third except for the nw corner of town again.... Yep 0.01 less than a mile from a solid downpour... The reds on radar just simply disappeared...Which is a pattern for some reason for this small area from convective activity...

This line went straight down 70 from both of you and now we have some nice rumbling thunder and lightning  here too.

That would be earth shattering!   I'll look into it.

A 10 year run of 90% accuracy is phenomenal.

* WHEN...Until 115 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1008 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms earlier this
    morning. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in
    the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Elkridge...                        Arbutus...
    Ferndale...                        Brooklyn Park...
    Linthicum...                       Lansdowne...
    Linthicum Heights...               Hanover...
  - This includes the following Flood Prone Roads...

Definitely having flooding issues here. North Point Road by Kane and Erdman already flooded out, there was a water rescue there from a vehicle trapped.
