I don't see how you finish with under 10" anyway. Most everyone in central and eastern SNE should crack that....I was mildly skeptical of widspread 12-18 put out by BOX yesterday, but it may verify....we shall see. PVD has been at 1/4 mile SN+ for over 2 hours now...either you are measuring in a wind scoured area or you have a magic anti-Tolland effect on your property.
