wxmanmitch Posted February 21, 2014 Share Posted February 21, 2014 Started out as some wet snow around 6:30 at 37° F, but it went to sleet by 7 and then plain rain 15 minutes later. Been pouring rain ever since, now 33° F. Obviously, the midlevels wet bulbed to freezing so we could start as snow, even though the surface was warmer. Pretty heavy snow for.a little while. My son tweaked his back on Frannies so we left just as it was flipping to sleet. Roads in Gardner and Hubbardston were not great.
