Not sure how will measure up to 12/13/2007 in terms of impact, but it's close. Absolute gridlock in the city and beyond. And to think that they kinda prepared for this too... Radar returns just hugged the shoreline for a couple hours then when it finally began filling in it seemed we just kept getting some dry air working in around here. They can't get it right. People should have had staggered releases beginning noon. Was ripping good but now down to moderate snow. BOS back down to 19/16.
