Nam is kind of a no show.

NAM deepens this so much and so quickly that we probably just end up with bands of heavy rain and gusty winds versus a widespread heavy rain shield. Would greatly reduce flooding risk and even wind risk (especially inland). Core of the LLJ never really gets into the region and its quite inverted. But not totally sold on this being as intense as the NAM has it...but this does illustrate such a scenario should that occur

Last weekend our in town flag football program cancelled all games on Saturday afternoon, they play on Sunday morning. Yet, our soccer club got every game in. I completely agree on how soft society has gotten. I run our soccer club, when we have rain forecast I must get 5-8 emails / texts asking "it's wet out, are we really playing". 
Just go sign your kid up for Rubics cube classes.
 

Our rec program has yet to get their Sunday games in due to rain mainly because our fields flood. However the rule is if the fields aren’t muddy or flooded and no lightening we play in the rain period.

Personally, been there, after a dozen stints, arteries moved around and replaced, then triple bypass. and it gets better... old age sucks.

Thanks, Surgery was July 8th Scott, Its 4-6 mos recovery, Rehabbing it hard in OT, Its much better then where it was but not there yet.

EPS probabilities are very high for some type of warm core development. You definitely don’t see these often in this region. If we see a continued trend on guidance of a deeper system this will only increase imo. Like I said earlier, it’ll be a sight on satellite to see this string out low wrap itself up into a sprawling but coherent low.

I agree! lol....last week my wife and I attended a volleyball match at Pentucket High School.....as we were leaving we noticed girls youth level field hockey practices taking place in the rain...had to be 75-100 girls there.

You can see a subtle inversion just above the sfc at BOS but thats pretty well mixed at HVN and GON
