This is the 6th time this season I've had a severe thunderstorm watch and a flood watch combo. I had almost an inch during one of the events. No severe at all. Today is the day! Flood me! Blow a tree down on my truck! Anything lol. These clouds are starting to get a lifty look to them. I think the atmosphere is about to go off.

Got up to 88° earlier, then some brief heavy rain knocked things down to 82°.

Already back up to 84°, but the humidity has jumped from 64% to 79%. Steamy out there.

Sun just popped out for a few minutes here, and up to 77.6/71.1, muggy!! Just got split by the first line, and with two tornado warnings close by i am happy about that.

We don't miss storms in Frederick anymore.  It was definitely sticky humid prior to this round.  I imagine 1"+ totals again.

Yeah, that round was frustrating.  That cell over Lusby 10 miles to my south would have been nice since there's no guarantee on the later stuff.  The big gap in the main line is aimed right at us; I hope it fills in!

Intermittent but very loud pingers here in Fed hill. Picking up what looks like penny to nickel sized hail. Cool!

Update: I ate one for the novelty value before realizing I picked it up off a baltimore sidewalk

So at home .79” out of that line. Monthly total so far of 9.76” This year has been so different from the last two years. The younger Ms. J has gotten off easy with not having to keep up on watering my deck plants.
