My weather station is showing 98.6 with a dewpoint of 83.8 for a feels like of 128....I think my station has heat stroke.  It's bad out there, but not that bad.

After racing to 99 by noon, it settled a bit with partly cloudy skies. Some clouds will slow the temperature rise, but I still think we'll hit 100-102 in most spots.

Drove down to Lowe's near DCL this morning and my car thermometer read 87F around the lake.  Got back up to the cabin and it was down to 81F.  Some clouds moved through and it's not bad outside as long as you're not in the sun.

Was out doing some errands. Stopped by our CSA to get our weekly allotment. The older Ms. J is home for the weekend and we both said it did not feel as bad as yesterday. I guess we are just somewhat used to it. Still would not be out for long.
