Besides strong winds, lightning , and torrential rains I went through a small intense hail core near Ocean Pkwy. This was big hail with stones up to one inch in diameter. I was in stop and go traffic at the time so I could not take photos. I honestly thought my windshield would be taken out! As of 8am had received .12". Ongoing rains will moisten the soil so that the upcoming weekend rains will be more able to soak in instead of just initially running off. Going to put some fertilizer down tomorrow. Been waiting for some decent rains to apply it. Totals as of 8am this morning. Some places did really well.
