What the south east coast is getting is surreal. My only real disappointment is that I did invest/waste a lot of time Saturday night and yesterday tracking. I should’ve known better Saturday night when the mesos really cut back RT 2 corridor. Maybe I should’ve chased to Falmouth, but I don’t think their totals are gonna be obscene and I’d be sitting down there without power right now. Somebody down there is going to get close to my seasonal total in one storm 1
butterfish55
I swear, there's an inground pool just off the porch here. If you look close, you can see the very top of the black 4 foot fence in the background 15 1

If that’s dense, you’ll need a plow First 3" was wet but once it started pounding at 1:00AM temp dropped quick and all powder from that point on.
ri_lurker1314
I'm 5mi. due south from KPVD (TF Green) in EG, RI and so I basically am just pegging my total to theirs. It's wild. I feel very lucky that I tracked with you all here (I don't know anything, so thanks!) and got gas, oil, and primed the snowblower up for the first time in 3 years. Usually I feel pretty good w/ a shovel + snow thrower combo, but this had seemed like it would be something else. And it is! Snowblower was getting caked and shorting out/blowing a fuse (or, whatever the 2 stage engine equivalent is to electrical), so I am just going to give up until she passes. Would love to get close to blacktop though by end of the day/early tomorrow as it looks like some sun could help out w/ melting on surfaces. Congrats to RI / SE MA!

radarman
Remarkably little wind at Berkshire East. Was maybe 3" on arrival but snowed pretty good all morning. All the terrain is open and skiing well.
Chrisrotary12
Just to make myself feel better about this disaster, I spent my lunch break going through 4 Seasons weather archive and GYX’s storm archive to develop a few statistics. Average nearly a 12” storm a year.
Wonkis
This is the second city plow that's gotten stuck on our street in Cranston. It's going to be a painful clean up. PXL_20260223_185000385~2.mov

H2Otown_WX
Seems I couldn't crack a foot here. I measured between 9 and 10" in several spots. Pretty disappointing given we were forecast to have 16 or 18" and I had 5" twelve hours ago.

George001
We were supposed to get nothing 4 days ago, therefore I would have been happy even if we only got say 6 inches. Im not sure how much snow there is now due to all the drifting, but it’s easily over 20 inches just eyeballing it. This is the best winter we have had since 2015 and I’m enjoying every second of it.
