Sleet, lots of it in Olney.  Shoveled my sidewalk and half the driveway.  My snowblower would not start and I had it tuned up this week.

First 6" snow since 2019 -- CHECK!  6.5" and sleet now.  I hope the 10-year drought folks reach 6"

Heavy daytime snow -- CHECK!  Glad the flip held off so I could have that

I'm glad they run plows in this town regularly. But because there were no cars parked along the road near my house, they flew by my house throwing the heavy clumps not only into my driveway  but also all along my sidewalk. A but much for a 67y/o man.

Measured 6.3” at 9:30 in Havre de Grace. Largest storm since 2016. Depressing stat but glad this one kind of worked out.

Mostly sleet but some flakes still mixed in. Hope to get back to some snow when the heavier bands to the SW move through. 

But check out this insane temperature gradient in mississippi. That's like a 30 degree difference in 15 miles

I feel you (71).  I did all I could - half the driveway all the sidewalk.  Drank about 16 ozs of water.  Got on a local list in my subdivision for snow shoveling kids.  They will have to finish it.

How much would you say you have? I’m in LA right now and I just got a video for my son in Ellicott city and it honestly just looks like 2 1/2 inches and he says it’s sleeting already.  I am awfully skeptical of all these six and 7 inch abs.

6.8 inches with a modest snow/sleet mix at the moment in southwestern Kent County MD.

Sleet+ in Gaithersburg. I truly think we break 3" of sleet before this storm is over, with an outside chance at the 4" the NAM predicted.

Absolutely man, I've never seen this much sleet in such cold temps. Pretty insane and awesome in it's own right. We have almost 5 inches of mix in northern Albemarle county.

Still pouring sleet an hour south of you - surface temps have risen from 14 to 16 in the last hour or so. No sign of freezing rain. 

I'm really not sure what the total is, but it's at least 2 inches of sleet so far. Depth is about 3.25 inches or so. Whatever snow fell before about 1-2 AM last night has been compacted under a lot of sleet.

Snow has not fully given up in Canton but it is pinging louder and louder. Mix of sleet and tiny flakes. Wonder if this is sub warm nose snow growth or just rimed flakes. I’m at about 6.75 on the deck. Someone somewhere around here could probably measure 7 legitimately.
