I had a great late afternoon hike. The snow came down harder than I expected. The temperature fell faster than I thought it would. I received more snow than I thought i would. It's probably a solid half inch. Everything is white. The trees are beautiful.

This would have been a nice little event if overnight temps had cooperated.

Finished up with about 0.25 in my yard - enough to give the grass and mulch a nice coating. The driveway even "caved" a bit. 

Was a nice two-day event. Could've been better, for sure, but at least we weren't expecting much and it wasn't a total fail. 

I'll roll the dice again in the future.

Final total: 0.3" on the snowboard. Roads and sidewalks didn't cave. On the board for January at least.
