Winds have been calm for the past 20 minutes, ramping up slightly.  Missed the wx here at home and don't have a wind instrument connected to my VP2, but it looks like nothing happened (compared to the south shore).

I mean road temps are generally in the 40s right now, but it's not like the ground was super warm prior to this mild up. I don't think it will take much for those surface temps to go back below freezing.

I’m taking the under on any snow after the flip. Radar doesn’t look that impressive to me to the SW. I think best chance might be for a rogue squall or two later on this evening.

I was looking at the obs too. Still mild for a bit.

That rain that just went through was pretty intense for 20 minutes. The chicken run was breached, but I was able to seal it off before it totally flooded in. Up to 2.53” and most of the glacier has melted as well.

It's helpful but not required unless you have extreme driving rain and wind.
