Hoth
Thought some might find this interesting. What most excited me was that it contains a radar loop from the July '89 tornado outbreak, which I've never been able to find elsewhere. Obviously not hi res, but wow all the same. Also, Dr. Mel! WinterWolf
That is so cool Hoth..thanks a lot!! My sister(on her way to college/night classes)got caught in that on the highway in Waterbury, as that storm made it's way south..she pulled over cuz of the intensity of the rain and wind, and laid down on the front seat to take cover. She said it was black and so scary..the wind was screaming she said with debris flying everywhere. She was fortunate she came through that unhurt. That was the real deal. Which is interesting as getting over 6" with sub-zero temps is tough to do. The last time winter visited the Champlain Valley.

CoastalWx
Random fun weather tidbit for the day. OAKB, Kabul Afghanistan is going to get a virtual KU snowstorm. Probably 16-24" or snow in the area.

RUNNAWAYICEBERG
fyi for mods, got a spam PM from someone claiming to be a Rev at a church asking for $15mil investment to be a partner. I must "fear God" to qualify. apparently if I had the $15mil, that would not be enough.

moneypitmike
Even if winter is dead, it looks and feels wintery at the Pit this morning. Since it's dark both ways of my commute, I'm not sure where the brown turns white. 15.1 off a low of 14.
