Oh, look.  More storms for the usual affected areas.  By the time this year ends, places Frederick and east are going to have 10x the rainfall as here.

got clipped by that system around 6:30 this morning--the lightning was so close and bright it intruded into my dream. and now the watch is up for round 2.

Not going to count my chickens before they hatch here. Even with these systems that push down from the N it is not unusual to get a split in my area of Frederick Co. Even looking at the current movement of this line it is looking like my area in SW Frederick Co may just get missed or grazed to the East.

Snuck in a bike ride and got home just in time. Looking really dark and rain just started. The drought is unofficially over. Frederick has completed a remarkable comeback.

So pouring here. Not sure about the warning as it is just heavy rain. No wind at all.
