My over/under is about 3". We'll know here soon, but IMBY is definitely about 3/4" measured on a metal sheet, so giving it the best of it.  Fingers crossed the band slides a bit east.

7pm update -Moderate snow of 0.5”ph rate. 1” on fully shaded ground and snowboard is less at 0.4” and now accumulating also.  Street wet . 34.3F

Speaking of "incredible," I actually once lived in the tiny town of Fenwick, Delaware! Was in a small mobile home park called "Cape Windsor" on the left hand side just over the Rt. 54 bridge with canals along our few streets that opened to the bay giving a fantastic view of Ocean City. Long ago, I think early '90s? We had a bona-fide blizzard with heavy snow and storm force winds on the coast. Went to full white-out conditions. Small street in front was blown free of snow while a drift reached to my roof. Beach blizzards are at the top of the charts!

I couldn't bring myself to get that close to that big ass heater. I've seen it do evil things along the shore. I nailed this spot. It looks like 5-6" otg and it's just now getting going. I'm noticing a little bit of blowing off roofs so it's getting colder and windy.
