Ended up with. 50 more than I thought. Would have been a decent snow

As of 3:30, my yard was still 95% snow covered with a few inches deep especially in sheltered areas.

If BWI managed those two consecutive stretches of snowcover, I'm really curious if favored places to the northwest had a continuous 2+ month snowpack that year. It's interesting from a historical perspective b/c there's no satellite data, so there's no way to tell other than personal anecdotes

0.55 here. Had to drive in it later in the afternoon over to Baltimore to pick up the older Ms. J from a film set. Then drove her back down to DC. Driving on 70, 695 and 95 was not fun. The snow pack created a low fog and along with the rain the glare on the highways made it hard to see if you were in your own lane. Only 200 was decent as the reflective striping was still reflective.

Accumulating snow ended up not too far away from N and NE MD last night. A fair number of 2-4" reports up near west Chester and areas WNW of Philly.

0.62”.  Almost impossible at this point to provide a useful snow depth.  80% of my yard is now grass, but the north facing yards across the street clearly have 3”+ still.  I went with 1.0”.

We are definitely in sun angle season. Even with the clouds and fog the mesonet sites are pushing a couple hundred watts of solar radiation.
