This feels more like a LI/Eastern NE special but last weeks storm I thought would be suppressed to our south so what do I know.

It def feels like I’ll be on the outside looking in for this one. They are due for one of those LI/ENE specials

Honestly, this is boom or bust.  Should be a fun week of tracking. What more can you ask for.

Miller A storms are like trying to hit a bullseye on a dart board.

EURO AI is a swing and a miss. But we've got time. I would rather not be in the bullseye this far out.

A "swing and a miss" that gets 1" of QPF into Montauk and 0.5" into Queens

Sounds more like a swing and a deep fly that you're not sure is going out yet or not

And with the ridge axis that far west I don’t see this going out to sea with no impact. If anything that’s a ridge axis that favors inland areas.

I like the orientation. It's ever so slightly tilted in a way that would want to force neg tilt along the east coast naturally.

There’ll always be the kicker shortwaves we have to look for these days but at this point it’s way too far out to be determined.
