Yeah, if the inch the Euro depicts materializes in Augusta County it would be falling at just below freezing, only to melt within a couple hours. Looking at that temp map I'd say well north and west. SE locations might get rates for a little while but it'll be falling on wet ground with temps at 35F. Hope I'm wrong.
