This is my first season with over 50" imby since 2012-13. 

Winter 2013-14 through 2017-18 were in DC. Winter 2018-19 to now have been in CT.

I know this isn't a normal start to winter up here but since 2018-19 I've finished with 30.3, 16.5, 44.5, 28.8, 13.7, 24.7, and 19.8 in CT. It's been hell. 

I know my wife hates the snow but there may be no turning back now. Our marriage may now hinge on her job working out.

Surprisingly good snow growth so far.  Somewhere between 1” and 2” so far and a nice looking band about to move in.

Things whitened up quickly.....had a burst of moderate snow with great flakes.  Short-lived and now down to steady inefficient ones.

At least we dipped below freezing.

What a farce this ended up being. Moving forward I’m going to take modeled QPF and divide by 10. I think about .01” has fallen here vs the .10+ that was modeled up till last night.

Looks similar to here.  Snowing good--not great flakes, but they're getting the job done.

I had cooked on the grill half an hour ago, and already closed grill cover is covered again.  Not bad considering how hot it must have been.
