I'm already rising, so my high was 16.9 around 3:30 (or so I thought), fell to around 15 a few hours ago and is now 17.5 and continues to slowly rise. You may not be far behind.

Definitely has slowed down the fall, currently 18.3/11.9 at 9 pm here.

Looks like I may have leveled off, running between 15.9 and 16.2 last hour. Currently 16.1/11.8 at 11:45 pm. Also have picked up a bit of cloud cover, at least partly cloudy.

Wow, it got cooler way later yesterday evening vs the day before, so I figured it wouldn’t be quite as cold. I was proven very wrong when I woke up this morning lol.

Fell to 15.6 just after midnight, then a very slow climb to 17.5 at 7 am CoCoRaHS report, 11 degrees warmer than yesterday.

I want to try and get one more deep winter day in before the bottom falls out. It's going to be 38-40 here in the lowlands with mud and melting snow. My idea is to go out to the Catoctins and hike at higher elevation. The thing is. I know it can be warmer at higher elevation when warm is moving in. Does anyone know the forecast temps up on top of the Catoctins for today?

This is what I mean when I say I am a winter weather weenie. Morning temperatures in the teens even here in the Urban heat island. Snow cover that sticks around for 48 plus hours and it's before December 21st. Invigorating!
