2" of rain on the nose in less than 20 minutes. Wind was strong, but below severe levels. Man that was some heavy rain. My log home has a metal roof - wow that was loud!

Yes I think the Northern end might be in that spot.  I currently have .44” but it is still coming down.

A strong ridge of high pressure will stay in place Sunday
through Wednesday. Heat and high humidity will be the main story
through these four days. High temperatures will reach the
middle to upper 90s with one or two days reaching the lower 100s
in some places, especially near the metros and eastern zones.
Heat indices will reach the 100 to 105 degree range in many
places with a few places reaching near or at 110 degrees.

Woops, I think I forgot to empty my gauge from yesterday, so two day total is 2".

Looking at the current radar, the Hrrr busted pretty badly. It had a few discrete cells instead of a line like the nam and rgem had.

Second round here is 21057 is just a couple rumbles of thunder and heavier rain. Nothing at all

Without power and the generator went out so having to carry buckets to prevent the basement from flooding. Can any met chime in on how much more rain/rounds of storms we may get and when?

Met Summer is 15-20% over and enjoying another downpour.  A dry 4-5 days coming up before the rain moves back in but best 1/3 start of summer in a while as to temps and precip.

Not severe, not even any lightning, 0.43'

Lost power for an hour. Rain rate topped 3”/hr at one point. Winds were gnarly. Probably verified at low-end severe (60mph). Only 0.6” total, short but intense.

We got crushed with the first wave out here. Second wave is mild. Was out of power for a day from the storm a couple of nights ago. We got absolutely blitzed out here on Wednesday AM.
