Sorry to ask, but who are the Queens? And who would be disappointed with 1" of QPF? 10:1 is 10" ( I would think that would drop 12"-14" ).

Such a scenario really has popped up by some model runs in the past 24-30 hours... and faint outline of support for that scenario is still evident, note the maximum in central LI. Gotta expand that zone.
