What's happening now in the PHL-TTN corridor this evening would have been us with a slightly further west and slower track for Ida.

Yep. We were quite fortunate. Outstanding forecast. I busted low on rain today and overall, and last night's surprise storm gave me almost all of my rain, but what an impressive system. Legit tornado outbreak today. Ida is definitely retired and going down in the record books.

I have a lot of family relatively close to Mullica Hill - both to the NNE and SSE. Interested to hear my brother’s reports out of the Collingswood area.

The damage is crazy. Hope your family are okay

After this afternoons mess this just came out. From what I have seen and heard Frederick Co is a mess. Between flooding and power outages.

So more info on that bus. The driver and 11 students had to climb out onto the roof. A boat was used to carry them all to dry ground. A school board member I know personally has asked for the Superintendent to resign.

Yep, we have been relatively spared from Easton to Greensboro. 0.7" for the day.

Unless something else rolls through overnight, the total will be 1.12" here. Didn't need anymore than that. The skeeters are out and biting over the last week or so for the first time all summer.
