Any reports from CT shoreline? I'm down in DE. Heaviest missed us here to the north. Allentown with 32"

Have not measured in hours but easily over a foot here. Friends along the shoreline down towards Clinton/Old Saybrook said the same. Its still ripping as well.

I would estimate 12 to 15 in Easton for CT shore. Will measure once this last band passes.

Wondering whether you're close to the Merritt or some other part of town.

I'm near the center, and don't have a good clear place to measure against, but I'm seeing 10" to 12" readings (where it's not obviously either shielded by the house or trees, or drifting).

61 kts at GHG! Is that right or snow caked on sensor?

Does GHG have an ultrasonic wind sensor? It's not NWS or FAA owned, at least it doesn't appear to be based on the IFW install list, so it may still be an old school cups and vane sensor unless whoever owns the station upgraded it themselves (I assume it's an AWOS?).
