Our week of rain turned into a rainy day on Tuesday followed by beautiful dry weather. Woohoo my schedule won't get destroyed.

My Augusta 5 model blend for today thru Thursday has increased from 1.49 yesterday to 1.81" this morning.   The latest GFS at only 1.00" believes development is too far off shore.

Subsidence may be a stretch but it amounts to the same thing.

Saw that. We are leaving for Albuquerque tomorrow and checked the weather. Will be under a Flood watch for Tuesday/Wednesday due to what is said in the alert A dangerous surge of monsoon moisture.

Can't handle blocking well in 2026.  Everything pushing out to sea, or well South.

Line formed just as it moved in from the west.   SC actually got hit pretty good from it.  PWS showing .4".  Complaining worked.  Lol.

GFS blipped but so far all the other 12z runs, meso and global, look pretty solid.

Interesting little swirl on the satellite and radar right at the MD/PA border.  Land Hurricane forming! /s Glad to have some rain after missing most of it over the weekend.
